Indestructible HD Lightweight Polycarbonate Glass Included
Porsche incorporated a super thin glass in the GT4 RS tailgate to reduce weight. However, this lightweight solution has a significant drawback: the thin glass is prone to cracking. Numerous reports on Rennlist highlight instances of the rear glass cracking during car washes. To make matters worse, the OEM tailgate glass comes with a staggering price tag of $2,600.
In response to this issue, SilverRocket has developed our own HD Lightweight Polycarbonate Glass, which is included in the tailgate package at no additional cost. This innovative solution not only reduces weight but also alleviates concerns about the fragility of the expensive GT4 RS rear glass.

When the GT4RS operates with high downforce AOA angles settings on high-speed tracks, or when utilising high downforce motorsport wings, the potential for metal dents increases. For instance, the SilverRocket DRS-1 wing can generate over 250 kg of downforce at 200MPH Speed. This substantial downforce is supported by the car's body through the wing support.
If the left and right supporting anchors are not adjusted evenly, there is a risk that the high downforce could cause dents in the metal at the supporting points.
