Featuring Euro 6 standard purification coatings, our catalytic converters have a higher density of precious metal coatings compared to OEM units on the same surface area. This results in superior exhaust gas conversion performance, allowing for more efficient purification when replacing with a more performance-oriented high-flow Downpipe without releasing harsh, toxic fumes. In terms of design, the catalytic converter employs a three-spiral metal carrier structure that enhances the carrier's shock resistance and durability. This ensures that the catalyst unit remains stable under the continuous impact of pressure waves and pulses from high-horsepower engines.

  • Effective operating temperature: 480°F–1470°F
  • Short-term tolerance temperature threshold: 1650°F–1830°F
  • Long-term tolerance temperature threshold: ≤1560°F Exposure to temperatures above 1470°F for extended periods will shorten the catalyst's lifespan. Main precious metal components and applications: Platinum (Pt) Characteristics: High catalytic activity, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant. Applications: Oxidizes CO and HC (hydrocarbons). 9m floating rear brake disc and pad replacement set 
Not suitable as PCCB conversion 

Disc size : 380 x 30mm
Direct replacement for steel assemblies with 380mm rear discs

Hat and Floating disc assembly kit with slotted road brake discs (Left and Right)
Two-piece floating slotted  front iron disc upgrade (including centre lock wheels)

  • Rotors come with 48 cooling vanes for optimal cooling.
  • Assemblies made of CM-250  formulated high carbon alloy cast iron, it allows for high-temperature strength and durability.
  • Hat assemblies are CNC machined from 7075 T6 material then hard anodised.
  • Rotor rings are heat treated to release stress in the rotor to avoid deformation and vibration.

9m fast road/track brake pads feature very good modulation and release characteristics. They have a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers so the friction level of the material maintains constant at a low-medium level.

High brake coefficient of friction 0.55
With higher stopping power and maximum effective operating temperature, the 9M compound is ideal for advanced high speed track events, competitions and heavier cars that require maximum braking performance.
  • Good modulation and release characteristics
  • Excellent pad and rotor life
  • High fade resistance compound, with solid pedal feel throughout the effective temperature range
