About Pagid Sport

Pagid Sport for Porsche

Pagid Sport braking parts for Porsche models from Design911.

A Quick Look at Pagid Sport

Pagid is an OE brand of TMD Friction, one of the world’s biggest manufacturer of brake friction, and a truly global partner for the Porsche automotive industry.Together, the group supplies braking to vehicle manufacturers, distributors and installers on every continent, and in every significant marketplace. With headquarters in Leverkusen, Germany, Pagid brake pads are 100% manufactured in-house at our own state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe.

Choosing the Right Fit for Your Porsche

Where Pagid Sport is listed for Porsche, use the supplied model coverage and OE references to confirm suitability. Check details that commonly affect fitment such as model year, side/position, and connector type where relevant.

  • Typical reasons to choose Pagid Sport pads include stronger bite, better heat tolerance, and reduced fade during repeated heavy braking on fast-road or track-driven Porsche models.
  • Common issues if the system is not matched or maintained well can include squeal, heavy dust, judder, and inconsistent pedal feel, plus fade if fluid, discs, or bedding-in are not up to standard.
  • Consider compound choice for your Porsche based on how much road versus track use the car sees, as some sport pads can be noisier.
  • Upgraded, good-quality brake fluid is strongly recommended if you are chasing fade resistance; always follow correct bedding-in procedures and match pads to disc condition.

Browse by Category

If you already know the area you are working on, start with the category and then filter by Porsche model. Where real-world symptoms and typical reasons to replace are provided, use them to keep the wording grounded.

Brakes — Brake components are renewed to restore stopping performance, address wear or upgrade a Porsche for fast road or track use. Common symptoms include vibration under braking, increased stopping distances, squealing, pulling to one side, warning lights and visible wear to discs and pads.

  • Check whether the parts offered suit OE-style replacement, fast-road, or track-focused use on your Porsche.
  • Follow the bedding-in guidance supplied with pads and discs, and confirm whether new sensors or fitting kits are required.

Brembo Racing brakes — Brembo Racing systems are typically used where a Porsche sees intensive fast-road, track, or competition work and needs higher thermal capacity and pedal consistency than standard brakes can provide, especially under repeated heavy stops.

  • Verify wheel size and clearance when considering big brake kits for your Porsche, and check whether hoses, pads, and discs are included or sold separately.
  • For regular track use, plan routine inspections of pads, discs, and fluid to maintain braking performance and safety.

PAGID Racing Brakes — PAGID Racing brakes are aimed at serious performance and motorsport use, providing consistent friction and pedal feel at high temperatures when standard road compounds can overheat, smear, or fade.

  • Choose pad compounds for your Porsche based on whether the car is mainly road-driven, used for mixed road/track, or dedicated to circuit work.
  • Discuss any need for disc upgrades and confirm bedding-in procedures to get stable performance from new components.

PAGID RS Allroad Racing Brake Pads — PAGID RS Allroad pads suit Porsche drivers wanting one pad that can handle fast road, touring, and occasional track use, with strong initial bite and stable friction over a broad temperature range. Standard pads may show fade and glazing when used aggressively on heavy, powerful Porsches.

  • Confirm whether the chosen RS Allroad compound is approved for road use in your region and compatible with your existing discs.
  • Monitor pad wear if you frequently alternate between road and track use, and follow the recommended bedding procedure.

PAGID RSL Track Racing Brake Pads — PAGID RSL pads are endurance-focused racing compounds for Porsches that see intensive circuit use, helping maintain consistent friction and pedal feel during long sessions where normal road pads can overheat, crumble, or fade.

  • Use RSL compounds primarily in track environments, and check which Porsche calipers they are designed to fit.
  • Work with a specialist or follow manufacturer guidance on operating temperatures, disc pairing, and inspection intervals for endurance events.

PAGID Racing RSL compounds are developed to comply with the latest requirements in endurance racing and meet or surpass all current ecological standards of the automotive industry.

RSL 29 features very good modulation and release characteristics. It is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers. The friction level of the material maintains constant at a low-medium level. Another advantage is the easy bedding in behavior.

• MEDIUM FRICTION COEFFICIENT
• LONG PAD AND DISC LIFE
• EASY BEDDING

APPLICATION RANGE: Very popular in club racing and track days. GT cars, Touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to excellent modulation characteristics also often used in sprint races.

RSL 1 is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers with high heat resistance. It maintains a constant friction level over a wide range of temperatures. Its low wear rate and disc friendliness make this material appropriate for endurance races.

• HIGH FRICTION COEFFICIENT
• LONG PAD AND DISC LIFE
• GOOD FRICTION STABILITY VS. TEMPERATURE

APPLICATION RANGE: Used in GT cars, Touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to the high friction and good modulation, often used in sprint races as well.

PLEAE NOTE: Pagid RSL brake pads are designed for competition / off-road use, and as such are not approved for use on the road.
