Job Description:

• Welding & Fabrication: Engage in welding and fabrication as required. 
• M.E.T Work: Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim tasks with precision. 
• Vehicle Preparation & Body Repairs: Assist in vehicle preparation and body repairs.
• Paint Spraying: Support paint spraying tasks to maintain vehicle aesthetics. 
• Additional Duties: Undertake any other tasks to support workshop operations.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with proficiency in M.E.T tasks.
• Skills: Willingness to expand skills in welding, fabrication, and paint spraying. 
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality work and precision. 
• Adaptability: Strong eagerness to learn and develop in various aspects of workshop operations. 

Job Description:

• Manage and update inventory records and databases.
• Preparing shipping and receiving documentation (such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing slips).
• Archiving and managing warehouse reports, documents and correspondence.
• Planning and coordinating meetings, appointments and internal consultations.
• Assist in scheduling appointments with third parties (such as suppliers, carriers, or maintenance services).
• Support in tracking shipments and deliveries.
• Communicating with suppliers, logistics partners and carriers.
• Supporting warehouse staff with order processing and administrative tasks.
• Assist in coordinating inventory movements and returns.
• Answering internal and external questions by telephone, email or in person.
• Act as a link between departments such as purchasing, logistics and finance for smooth cooperation.
• Assist in resolving delivery problems or stock discrepancies.
• Ensure that warehouse documentation complies with company guidelines and regulations.
• Support in maintaining safety reports, training registers and incident reports.  

Job Description:

• Take and edit product photographs for use on the company website and online platforms.
• Prepare, resize, and optimize images for web display and performance.
• Upload and manage product images, ensuring consistency and accuracy across listings.
• Ensure that all visuals meet company quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the web and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date and visually appealing product pages.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for image quality and composition.
• Basic image editing experience (e.g., cropping, colour correction, background cleanup).
• Photoshop skills are not essential but highly desirable.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or content management systems is an advantage.
