AutoSport Car Show 2009 - Evolution of the Porsche 911

By special request of the Autosport International and Pistonheads show organisers, Porsche Club GB will be providing a spectacular display of some of the best 911’s in the country. This is of special significance as we move on from 60 years of Porsche. The Display, entitled Evolution of the 911 will be supported by Porsche Cars GB and Design 911 and is to include 25 very special 911s - the icon of performance motoring since 1963. Among them will be a rare (and expensive) 2.7 RS, a GT1, a GT2 and a GT3 RSR, together with 21 other fine cars showing the progression from the earliest 911s t the latest 911 incarnation in the 997 generation 2.
This will be a fascinating display and prove, beyond doubt, that all 911s are not the same.
