Adjustable direct-mount fuel pressure regulator by Adapt Motorsport. It attaches to the factory fuel rail and provides a 2.0–5.0 bar adjustment range with an M14 threaded return outlet.

Fits

• Porsche 944 naturally aspirated 1988 with M44.02 or M44.04 engine, replacing 94411019805 when set to 2.5 bar
• Porsche 944 Turbo 1988–92 with M44.52 engine, replacing 94411019805 when set to 2.5 bar
• Porsche 944 naturally aspirated 1988–89, 944 S2 1989–92 and 968 1992–94 with M44.11, M44.12, M44.41 or M44.43/44 engines, replacing 944 110 198 06 when set to 3.8 bar

This regulator is intended only for installations using the threaded lower return connection. It is not suitable for vehicles fitted with the 5/16" hose-barb connection at the bottom of the regulator.

Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering. Previous repairs may have introduced a different regulator or hose arrangement, so compare the installed connection with this M14 version.

Why Replacement Matters

Many original regulators are now affected by age-related leakage or failure. This adjustable unit renews the pressure-control component while retaining direct fitment to the applicable factory rail. After installation, pressure must be measured and set on the vehicle to the specification required by its engine and fuel system.

FAQs

• Is the regulator supplied pre-set?
  No. It must be adjusted after installation using an appropriate fuel-pressure gauge and fittings for the factory rail.
• Can it be used with a Bosch 044 fuel pump?
  Adapt Motorsport has tested it with Bosch 044 pumps, but the upper flow limit has not been determined.
• Will it fit a hose-barb return connection?
  No. This version uses an M14 threaded outlet and is not suitable for the regulator arrangement with a 5/16" lower barb.
• Should the installed regulator be checked before ordering?
  Yes. Earlier repairs may have changed the regulator, hoses or connection type from the original vehicle specification.
