Adapt Motorsport E-Throttle drive-by-wire conversion kit for Porsche 964 and non-VarioRam 993 intake manifolds. It replaces the original Porsche throttle centre section with a Bosch 74mm electronic throttle, CNC-machined aluminium parts and combined Bosch T-MAP sensing.

What This Product Does

The conversion removes the original throttle centre section and the associated mechanical linkage or cable arrangement. A compatible aftermarket ECU can operate the electronic throttle, manage idle through the throttle body and support appropriately configured electronic control functions.

• Measures intake-air temperature and manifold pressure through one Bosch T-MAP sensor.

• CNC-machined aluminium resonance tube with flap assembly, sealed roller bearings and vacuum actuator.
• Bosch 1.15 bar T-MAP sensor option for naturally aspirated engines.
• Bosch 3.0 bar T-MAP sensor option for turbocharged engines.
• Throttle and T-MAP fasteners plus vacuum hose are included with the centre-section kit.

Kit Configurations

• Centre-section kit: throttle adaptor, resonance-tube assembly, Bosch electronic throttle, selected T-MAP sensor, connector kits, fasteners and vacuum hose.
• Complete two-bolt kit: centre section, 34mm, 39mm, 40mm or 42mm two-bolt intake adaptors, 964 manifold adaptors and standard fuel rails.
• Complete three-bolt kit: centre section, 42mm or 43.5mm three-bolt intake adaptors, manifold adaptors and standard fuel rails.

Additional Parts Required

• Vacuum solenoid and canister.
• Air filter and suitable adaptor.
• Rubber sleeves and hose clamps for the intake-manifold ports; applicable original Porsche components may be reused.

• 964/993 vacuum kit and mounting hardware.

• 993 adaptor for retaining the factory rubber intake, airflow meter and airbox.
