Coolant Pipe, Heater.
The Coolant Pipe, Heater is a genuine Porsche coolant line designed to route engine coolant through the vehicle’s heating and cooling system. Positioned at the front of the cooling circuit, this pipe helps deliver coolant flow required for proper engine temperature regulation and effective cabin heating performance. It is an OE  replacement part used on various Porsche models including Cayenne, Macan, and Panamera applications.

Fits:
  • Porsche 958 Cayenne V6 3.6L Petrol 300Hp 2010-17
  • Porsche 970.2 Panamera S V6 Turbo 3.0L 2WD (420Hp) 2014-16
  • Porsche 970.2 Panamera S V6 Turbo 3.0L 2WD Executive 2014-16
  • Porsche 95B.1 Macan S Petrol 3.0L V6 340Bhp 2014-18
  • Porsche 95B.1 Macan GTS Petrol 3.0L V6 360Bhp 2014-18

What This Product Does:

  • Routes engine coolant through the cooling circuit to maintain correct operating temperature.
  • Supports the heater coolant circuit, helping supply hot coolant to the heater core so the cabin heating system can produce warm air.
  • Helps maintain proper cooling system pressure and flow, which is essential for preventing overheating and ensuring stable engine performance.

Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
  • Visible coolant dripping or wet staining around the pipe, joints, or connection points is the most common sign.
  • The coolant reservoir may repeatedly drop even if no obvious leak is seen right away.
  • A leaking or restricted coolant pipe can reduce coolant circulation, causing overheating.
  • If coolant flow to the heater circuit is reduced, the heater may blow lukewarm or cold air.
  • You may notice a sweet coolant odor in the engine bay or sometimes through the vents.
  • Modern Porsche models may trigger coolant level warnings or engine temperature alerts when coolant loss occurs.

Why Replacement Matters:
  • Prevents coolant leaks that can lead to low coolant levels and system pressure loss.
  • Helps avoid engine overheating, which can cause serious and expensive engine damage.
  • Restores reliable cabin heating, since proper coolant flow is needed to supply the heater core.
  • Protects the cooling system overall, reducing stress on hoses, seals, and other cooling components caused by leaks or air entering the system.
  • Maintains safe, stable engine operation, especially under load or long driving conditions.
