Fabspeed Sport Headers.

The Fabspeed Porsche 996 Carrera Sport Headers are high-performance exhaust manifolds designed to improve exhaust flow, engine response and the characteristic sound of the Porsche flat-six engine.

Replacing the restrictive factory-style exhaust manifolds, the Fabspeed headers use equal-length, CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes to improve exhaust-gas scavenging and balance exhaust pulses between cylinders.

The headers terminate in specially designed F1-style merge collectors, creating a smoother transition for exhaust gases compared with the factory log-style collector arrangement.

Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the original headers, they provide a performance upgrade without requiring replacement of the entire exhaust system.

What This Product Does:
Exhaust headers collect exhaust gases leaving each cylinder and direct them towards the rest of the exhaust system.

The factory exhaust manifold must perform the same basic function, but its design can create restrictions and less-efficient interaction between individual exhaust pulses.

The Fabspeed Sport Headers are designed to provide a smoother and more efficient route for exhaust gases leaving the engine.

Their equal-length primary design helps coordinate exhaust pulses before they reach the collector.
