Engineered to match the original Porsche specifications with the correct profile, flexibility and length to ensure a perfect OEM-style fit. It restores proper isolation of the tank, supports correct tank seating, and prevents bodywork chafing or corrosion around the tank opening.

• Position: Front trunk area — sits around the fuel tank flange/outside perimeter between the tank and body panel.

• Function: Seals the tank to the chassis opening, blocks fumes/dust, prevents metal contact and reduces vibration.

With age, the original tank seal becomes brittle, flattened or cracked, leading to:
• Fuel smell or vapour infiltration in the cabin
• Water or dust entering the luggage compartment
• Corrosion or abrasion at the tank edge
• Poor tank fitment and increased vibration

Replacing it with a correct  seal restores proper sealing, protects the bodywork and maintains original Porsche build quality.
