Typically made to OEM/Top Quality standards with included bushingsCommon issues & wear symptoms Over time, the bushings and linkage wear, resulting in increased play or clearance in the shift mechanism another typical symptom is gear grinding—particularly between 1st and 2nd gear—due to misalignment or excess movement in the coupling In some cases, replacing the fiction rings might temporarily reduce play. But when wear is too extensive, the entire shift rod coupling must be replaced

This is a great solution to cover up any add-on noise.
Instructions: Cut the tube in a spiral so that you don't need to use any zip ties to hold it on. One twist per foot will work just fine. It is also important that you reuse the rubber grommet that hold the cables in the firewall.
