Roof top control for Mercedes Benz SL R231 Roadster 2012 onwards STHFMZ3

The SmartTOP roof control unit allows you to open or close the convertible top while driving at slow speeds. It works similar to power-windows and opens or closes the roof automatically at the touch of a button. It is not necessary to stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake to operate the roof.

One-Touch power convertible top
"One-Touch" convertible top operation allows your top to open or close automatically.

Invert switch logic
Direction of center console top switch can be changed is desired.

Open/Close the top while driving
Open/Close your top while driving. Speed programmable up to 60kmh.

Top convenience mode
Turning the ignition on or off does not interrupt convertible top operation.

Top Remote Control / Hazards
Open/Close your convertible top using the original key fob. Hazards on during operation if desired.

Increases the remote range, allowing you to operate the top from the same distance as the door locks.

Keyless top control
Open and close the top by touching the door handle (Keyless required).

Separate window control
Raise and lower the windows separately by remote without activating the top.

Comfort window close
One-Touch operation when closing all windows simultaneously via the separate "all windows" button.

Window positions programmable
Raise front windows or all windows after opening top.

Chirp-signal function
Short audible signals when locking and/or unlocking the car.

Folding Mirrors
On models equipped with motorized mirrors, fold them in and out by remote.

Seat Memory One-Touch
One-Touch operation for the seat memory buttons.

Comfort Wipers
After using the sprayer, activates the wipers 1x or 2x after short delay.

ECO Disable
Automatically disable ECO mode when starting the car.Lock 

Running Car
Lock and unlock the running car by remote (Keyless Required).

Close trunk from remote
Open and close the motorized trunk from the remote.Full text setup in car display. Configure functions of the module to meet your personal preferences via our full text setup menu.

Passive / Invisible mode
Turn the whole module off with an easy key sequence. Ideal when letting someone else drive your car.

Valet Mode
Lock the top in the closed position when needed.
