Original Porsche Equipment (OE) weather seals specifically engineered to the original factory specifications used on Porsche 911 Cabriolets primarily from 1974 to 1985. Each seal is crafted to match the unique profile, length, and compression characteristics required to seal the Cabriolet top area reliably.

These seals fill the gap between the vertical B-pillar and the adjacent convertible top/window interface, maintaining a snug, weather-tight barrier. Their primary role is to prevent wind noise, water leaks, dust ingress, and drafts from entering the passenger compartment along the side window and roof seam - common problem areas on older soft-top cars.

Old B-pillar seals commonly:

Each seal is moulded to the original Porsche profile, ensuring perfect alignment with the B-pillar frame and correct compression against the window glass. All materials are precision cut, pressure glued, form-stitched and edge bound to guarantee a factory authentic fit.

If you currently drive your Porsche without a boot cover, be aware that you may be damaging your convertible top. These cars were factory delivered with the boot cover to ensure the webbing structure inside the convertible top is protected under high speed, top-down driving. Furthermore, nothing beats the boot cover to accentuate the sex appeal of your curvaceous cabriolet.

To ensure that our boot cover will fit perfectly on both original and replaced soft tops, TENAX fasteners are delivered with the cover but not pre-installed.
