This complete intercooler and pressure pipe kit is designed for Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS models. It provides a comprehensive replacement solution for the entire charge air system, including both intercoolers, two pressure pipes and a throttle body to intercooler seal.

Modern turbocharged Porsche engines rely on a highly efficient and sealed intake system to deliver performance. Over time, components such as intercoolers, plastic pressure pipes and rubber connectors can degrade, leading to boost leaks, reduced cooling efficiency and loss of power. What This Intercooler & Pressure Pipe Kit Does

The charge air system compresses air via the turbochargers, cools it through intercoolers and delivers it into the engine for combustion.

CSF High-performance intercoolers.

For a long time the only solution for a Porsche 991 GT2 RS intercooler upgrade was not an upgrade, but a band-aid for the stock 1990's style water spray system which sprays water from a reservoir in the frunk and onto the intercoolers. The band-aid was to install a larger capacity water tank which simply delayed the inevitable running out of water and output to be automatically limited by the factory ECU to try to keep the engine safe. Until you refilled the reservoir again it's likely your 991 GT2 RS would struggle with charge temps and limited output.

Experts in cooling CSF and PWR have joined operations to deliver a High-Performance Intercooler Upgrade for the 991 GT2 RS which eliminates heat soak and lowers charge air temps on stock, tuned and tracked cars. CSF achieves this by using an F1 performance grade core which dramatically improves the efficiency of the intercoolers within the same space constraints.

TTE1200 VTG upgrade turbocharger for Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS

Welcome to our TTE1200VTG Upgrade turbocharger stage for Porsche 911 GT2 RS 3.8L 700PS flat-6. To construct a pair of TTE1200 VTG we change the original compressor and employ a far larger and more efficient billet wheel and mill the compressor cover to optimum gap to match the new compressor profile.

Equilibrium:

Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with serial numbered balance test result document.

TTE1200 VTG can be fitted to Any 3.8 but you would need GT2 RS Exhaust Manifolds as turbo flange different, also oil, water lines, charge pipes and intakes
