Therefore, we advise customers that they purchase glass by mail order at their own risk.

What This Product Does:

  • As the front windscreen, it provides primary visibility for the driver and occupants, while also maintaining cabin safety and structural integrity.
  • The tinted/green shading helps reduce sun glare and heat entering the cabin, improving comfort and reducing UV exposure.
  • If equipped with a rain sensor (as this part indicates “w/rain sensor”), the windscreen accommodates the mounting or integration of the sensor that detects rain on the glass and signals the automatic wipers.
  • Being an OEM part, it ensures correct fitment: correct curvature, correct sensor mount location, correct edge sealing and correct optical clarity.

When You Might Need Replacement:
  • Cracks, chips or large damage — even small stone chips in the windshield can spread, compromise structural safety, and reduce optical clarity.
  • Delamination or hazing in the tinted layer or the glass, which may distort vision or degrade the tint effect.
  • Poor/absent rain-sensor function — if the rain sensor is not working properly due to mis-mounted windscreen or incorrect glass, you may need the correct sensor-compatible glass.
