Dansk
Dansk for Porsche
Dansk parts for Porsche models from Design911.
A Quick Look at Dansk
Who is behind Dansk ? Originally, Johannes Pedersen was a bus driver, but in 1965 he started using all his spare time producing rubber mounts for cars, rubber hammers and ashtrays. This gave him the financial possibility to invest in tools and machines for the production of spare parts for his biggest interest: cars. Johannes Pedersen died in 1992, 63 years old. Since then JP Group a/s was taken over by his son, Martin Pedersen, who has grown the company into a well-established and strongly consolidated business with activities worldwide and premises of a total size of 42,000 m2.Today, Martin Pedersen has been active within JP Group for more than 40 years and consolidated the ownership structure with CFO, Henrik Andersen & CEO, Torben Pagh, who has run the company since early 2021.
Choosing the Right Fit for Your Porsche
Where Dansk is listed for Porsche, use the supplied model coverage and OE references to confirm suitability. Check details that commonly affect fitment such as model year, side/position, and connector type where relevant.
- Typical reasons people replace these parts include corrosion, exhaust leaks, tired silencers and heat exchangers, and restoring a clean, leak-free system with an appropriate sound level for road use.
- Common symptoms of worn or failed components include rattles, blowing joints, rust holes, cracked brackets, and other heat-related fatigue or fitment issues where old mounts and hangers are still in place.
- Practical tip: consider replacing clamps, mounts and other exhaust hardware at the same time, and inspect surrounding heat shields and brackets during installation.
- Practical tip: sound levels can vary between standard and sport variants, so always check product descriptions and specifications against your preferences.
Browse by Category
If you already know the area you are working on, start with the category and then filter by Porsche model. Where real-world symptoms and typical reasons to replace are provided, use them to keep the wording grounded.
Chassis / Bodywork — Chassis and bodywork parts are replaced to repair accident damage, correct corrosion, or modify the shell for performance and restoration work while keeping the structure safe and straight. Common problems include rust in sills, jacking points and arches, cracked or bent chassis rails after impacts, and poorly repaired previous accident damage causing misaligned panels.
Restoration Chassis / Repair Panels — Restoration and repair panels are used to cut out rusted or damaged sections and weld in fresh metal, preserving original Porsches rather than replacing complete shells. Original panels often suffer from deep corrosion, previous patch repairs, distortion from jacking and accident damage, leading to MOT failures or poor panel gaps.
Front Section — Front section panels are fitted to repair crash damage, rust or previous poor repair work in the front structure and panel areas of a Porsche. Typical issues include bent crash structures, creased inner wings, rust around bumper mounts and battery trays, and misaligned front panels after accidents.
Middle Section — Middle-section repair panels address corrosion or damage in floorpans, sills and central chassis areas, often on older or high-mileage Porsches. Problems include rust in floorpans, jacking points and inner sills, as well as previous patch repairs that are not to factory standard or have failed.
Wings Front & Parts — Front wings and associated parts are replaced after corrosion, accident damage or when upgrading to different arches or vents on a Porsche. Common issues are rust around arches and mounting points, dents, distorted panels and poor gaps from previous repairs.
