About OE Match

OE Match for Porsche

OE Match is a brand that provides a wide range of Porsche components, from gaskets to suspension hardware, engine parts, and interior trim. Over 6,700 individual part numbers, and over 11,800 OE cross-references catalogued, and are constantly developing new lines.OE Match has over 100 new products currently in the engineering phase, which will be quality-controlled and added to their catalog. The mission is to keep all Porsche vehicles on the road by offering a vast selection of parts that can address various problems across different Porsche generations

A Quick Look at OE Match

OE Match information on this page is based on details supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, plus any OE references provided with the parts.

Choosing the Right Fit for Your Porsche

Where OE Match is listed for Porsche, use the supplied model coverage and OE references to confirm suitability. Check details that commonly affect fitment such as model year, side/position, and connector type where relevant.

  • Often chosen when owners want OE-equivalent quality with sensible running costs, especially for routine service and wear items.
  • Typical reasons to replace include restoring reliability, addressing age-related wear, or refreshing multiple components during larger repair work.
  • Common defects from incorrect application include noise, premature wear, leaks, or fitment quirks if the wrong variant is selected or fitted with old seals/hardware.
  • Watch for symptoms such as unusual noises, early wear, or repeat failures after recent work, which can indicate mismatched parts or supporting items left worn.
  • Always cross-check OEM part numbers, read model-year notes, and verify compatibility before ordering.
  • For safety-critical components, confirm specification and fitment carefully and have installation checked by a competent technician.

Browse by Category

If you already know the area you are working on, start with the category and then filter by Porsche model. Where real-world symptoms and typical reasons to replace are provided, use them to keep the wording grounded.

Brakes — Brake components are renewed to restore stopping performance, address wear or upgrade a Porsche for fast road or track use. Common symptoms include vibration under braking, longer stopping distances, squealing, pulling to one side, warning lights and visible wear to discs and pads.

Brake Pad Wear Sensors — Brake pad wear sensors are replaced when pads are renewed or when warning lights indicate a broken or worn sensor. Symptoms include brake wear warnings even with new pads, damaged sensor cables, or broken clips around the caliper area.

Engine Electrical — Engine electrical parts are changed when there are starting, charging, ignition, or sensor-related faults that affect drivability and reliability, such as intermittent no-start, misfires, rough idle, poor charging, warning lights or heat-soak failures.

Service Parts — Service parts are replaced as routine maintenance to keep the engine and systems reliable, efficient, and protected, often resolving hard starting, rough idle, poor fuel economy and warning lights caused by clogged filters or worn ignition components.

Service Kits — Service kits bundle key service components to simplify maintenance and set the car back to a known baseline, especially useful when catching up on overdue servicing or dealing with general sluggish running, inconsistent idle and reduced performance.

  • For brake parts, confirm whether items are OE-equivalent replacements or performance upgrades and check if new fitting kits and sensors are required.
  • On service items and kits, match the kit to your exact Porsche model, engine and year, and review what is included so you can add any extra “while you are there” parts.

Oil / Air Separator.
A crankcase air-oil separator (AOS) that traps oil droplets and vapour from the engine’s blow-by gases and returns cleaned air to the intake system while keeping oil inside the engine’s lubrication system.
Sold individually. It is recommended to also inspect and, if necessary, replace associated hoses and seals when fitting a new separator to ensure full system integrity.

Fits:
Porsche 987.2 Boxster 2009 - 2012
Porsche 981 Boxster 2012 - 2016
Porsche 981 Boxster Spyder 2016>>
Porsche 982 Boxster GTS 4.0L 2017>>

This air-oil separator is an replacement unit designed to filter crankcase blow-by vapours on Porsche engines, separating oil mist from the air before routing clean air back into the intake or ventilation system.

Over time AOS units degrade - internal baffles can become clogged, seals can fail, or plastic can crack due to heat cycles. A faulty or clogged separator may allow oil vapour into the intake, causing:
Increased oil consumption and oil-soaked intake/tracks.
•  Blue or grey smoke from exhaust, rough idle, misfires or poor running.
Sludge or carbon buildup, fouled sensors, and potential engine damage.

Replacing with a correct fresh separator restores clean crankcase ventilation, keeps oil inside, and helps maintain reliable performance and engine health.

You should replace the air-oil separator when:
You notice oil in the intake system, oil residue around intake or throttle body, or excessive oil consumption.
The separator is showing signs of age: cracks, hardened plastic, degraded seals, or clogging.
Your engine exhibits excessive smoke, rough idling, or misfires potentially related to intake contamination.
Carrying out engine maintenance, PCV servicing, or installing new hoses/seals.
The separator hasn’t been replaced for many years or high mileage - preventive maintenance helps avoid more serious issues.

Secondary air injection pump solenoid valve.
Ensure your Porsche’s emissions system performs flawlessly with this OE Match secondary air injection solenoid valve (99660515500). Engineered to replicate the original Porsche design, this valve controls the vacuum signal that activates the secondary air injection system, allowing fresh air to enter the exhaust stream during cold starts, reducing emissions and supporting cleaner combustion.
The valve provides consistent vacuum control and quick response, restoring the proper function of the secondary air system and preventing check-engine light faults (often P0410/P0411)

Fits:
Porsche 996 turbo - 2000 to 2005
Porsche 996 GT3 Mk2  - 2004 to 2005
Porsche 955 Cayenne turbo - 2003 to 2006
Porsche 957 Cayenne turbo - 2007 to 2010
Porsche 958 Cayenne turbo V8 - 2010 to 2017
Porsche 970 Panamera turbo V8 - 2009 to 2016

Diagram ref no 44

Function: This valve regulates vacuum flow to the secondary air injection pump and combination valves, enabling the system to inject fresh air into the exhaust manifold during engine warm-up. This helps burn uncombusted hydrocarbons, reducing emissions and ensuring smooth cold starts.

Why & When Replacement Matters
Why: A failing solenoid valve can cause improper secondary air operation, resulting in rough cold starts, increased emissions, or illuminated check-engine lights. When:

  • If diagnostic codes P0410/P0411 (secondary air system malfunction) appear
  • When air pump or combination valves are replaced
  • During emissions or intake system service on high-mileage engines

Replacing with an OE Match solenoid valve restores proper air injection control, improves cold-start behaviour, and ensures compliance with emissions standards.

Rocker arm shaft bushing.
This rocker arm bush is an replacement bushing that supports the rocker arm/rocker shaft interface in the cylinder head. Manufactured to OE-style dimensions, it restores correct rocker shaft support, helps reduce valvetrain noise, and promotes smooth, consistent valve operation - ideal for top-end servicing or engine rebuilds.
Sold each, 12 required per vehicle.

Fits:
Porsche 911/912 1965 - 1989
Porsche 964 1989 - 1994

Diagram ref no 26

Worn or loose rocker arm bushings allow excessive shaft play, leading to noisy valve trains, inaccurate lift, premature shaft wear, and eventual valve timing issues. Replacing them with OE Match bushings during engine overhaul or top-end servicing restores proper geometry and prolongs the life of the valvetrain.

When to replace:
  Crankshaft or valve train noise
  Excessive lateral shaft movement
  High-mile engine rebuild
  During rocker shaft removal/service
  Preventive maintenance
